Netflix recently shared the first official trailer for their upcoming animated series, Castlevania: Nocturne. The visuals are absolutely stunning, and fans of the Castlevania franchise are eagerly awaiting its release. If you haven’t seen the trailer yet, make sure to check it out!

As the weekend approaches, many gamers are looking forward to their favorite pastime. Personally, I’ll be diving into Persona 5 Royal, a game that I have been meaning to play for quite some time. From the captivating music to the well-developed characters, this game has garnered high praise from the gaming community.

On my 3DS, I am nearing the end of Rhythm Heaven Megamix, a charming and lighthearted game that has quickly become a favorite of mine. I can’t help but hope for a Nintendo Switch release of the Rhythm Heaven series in the future!

Meanwhile, I am still enchanted by Xenoblade Chronicles 3 on the Switch, even though progress has been slow. I hope to dedicate a few hours to this captivating game over the weekend.

Over on the PS5, I find myself immersed in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered. The campaigns in the Call of Duty series never fail to impress, and the fourth installment remains an undisputed favorite.

In addition to my ongoing gaming adventures, I am eagerly awaiting the release of the Steam Deck, a handheld gaming device that promises hours of fun. I am particularly excited to rediscover some Master System classics, with the challenging Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Heroes of the Lance at the top of my list.

Pikmin 4 continues to captivate me with its delightful gameplay and charming visuals. I plan to devote more time to this absolute gem of a game.

The Tech Priests have made an exciting discovery in the WH40K Boltgun, bringing new enchantments such as infinite ammo to the game. This presents a great opportunity to relax and cleanse the universe for the glory of the Emperor.

I can’t help but reminisce about the Nintendo 64 era as I delve back into WCW/nWo Revenge, a game that showcases the incredible work of AKI Corporation. Additionally, I find myself inexplicably drawn to replaying the Ace Combat games on PSP. It’s a shame that we have yet to see Ace Combat on the Nintendo Switch. Come on, Namco, make it happen!

This week, the standout game for me is Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons. As a longtime fan of the franchise, I couldn’t resist giving this new entry a try, and so far, it has not disappointed. The nostalgia and pure enjoyment it brings are unparalleled.

Even though my gaming time has been limited in recent weeks, I continue to find solace in the wonderful world of gaming. Pikmin 4 has rekindled my love for these lovable creatures, and I can’t wait to see what other surprises await in the gaming world.

As the weekend approaches, I’m slightly apprehensive about the possibility of stumbling upon some irresistible gems at a brand-new used games store. The shelves are already bursting, but who knows?
